Profit from sale of goods are used for fanclub projects, events and domain and hosting fees. The staff do not earn anything from it.
SWPH and the staff will not be responsible for lost and/or damaged products/packages, payments or items.
No refunds or exchanges allowed. Please make sure you input the correct sizes and quantity.
No reservation of items allowed.
Items or orders unpaid within 3 days will be released for sale.
One order form has been received, there should be no backing out. Otherwise, you will be listed as a bogus buyer.

Fill out the order form completely. (Make sure you input the correct details.)
Choose your payment method — GCash / BPI Bank Deposit.
A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Once you receive the confirmation, please make sure to send/deposit your payment within two days.
After making your payment, email a scan/photo of the deposit slip and/or the GCash transaction number to fanclub[@]shineeworld.ph
You will be notified once your order has been shipped out.
